Multi-Family Accessible Housing - Salinas, CA

This subsidized housing project on a crowded urban site is comprised of twenty-three living units in three buildings and an additional administration/multi-purpose building. The ground floor units are fully accessible in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). The buildings are designed to encourage interaction among residents, some of whom are disabled. The look and feel of the complex provides both intimacy and privacy in a "hacienda style" that fits comfortably in the existing neighborhood.
